Client Responsibilities
- Provide accurate information, timely communication, access to required materials, project instructions, deadlines, program details, and documents needed for service completion.
- Review project updates and respond to requests for information in a timely manner.
- Use delivered files, reports, and documents for lawful education or business purposes.
Project Scope
Each service engagement is based on an approved proposal, invoice, service description, written agreement, or project scope. Work outside the agreed scope may require additional fees or a revised service agreement.
Payments and Service Delivery
Payments may be required before work begins, at milestones, or upon completion depending on the service arrangement. Services are delivered through email, scheduled meetings, digital documents, administrative reports, project files, written recommendations, online communication, and approved project milestones.
Refund & Cancellation Policy
Refunds may be considered when the service has not started and no project-specific cost has been incurred. Completed services, work already performed, consulting sessions, prepared program documents, delivered reports, templates, digital files, custom research, planning, vendor expenses, software costs, printing, and project-specific expenses are generally non-refundable.
